Original Title:

Square, The

A clear, accessible, but not always comprehensive account of the Egyptian revolution that centres on a group of Tahrir Square activists that includes a Muslim Brotherhood member touchingly uncertain who to trust, as the Army power-brokers in the Mubarak-Morsi vacuums.

Only undermined by a sometimes sketchy coverage of details of the Arab Spring, this is a clear-eyed look at some of the men and women behind the news.
