A deeply desperate attempt to jump-start the ailing franchise by relocating all the regular cast members to Moscow. While the sagging gang of idiots mug like goons, Christopher Lee bristles his moustache as the local top cop and Ron Perlman keeps the plot trundling as a Russian mafia boss out to conquer the world through a computer game. Energetically humourless, with travelogue and circus footage inserted between the dog-piss and big boob jokes.
