The film concerns a chubby 13-year-old seventh grader whom everyone believes to be the stupidest child in school. He is, in fact, a an evil genius and the third-richest person in the world, with a secret lair underneath his parents' home. In order to win his father's approval he seeks to be elected class president. But the methods needed to impress teenagers are not the same that it takes to stage a coup in Central America.
