Although **Jack Ryan **has only recently started shooting, Paramount decided to get the jump on any paparazzi shots and punch out a couple of official stills featuring Chris Pine and Kevin Costner as, respectively, the iconic CIA analyst (in his pre-Agency days) and his mentor. Now via The Hollywood Reporter’s Russian edition, a few set pics have arrived online, which give a look at director Kenneth Branagh, who is also playing the movie’s villain.
Ryan’s plot ticks back the clock to the days when former Marine Ryan was a Moscow-based financial analyst working for a Russian billionaire (Branagh). His boss has him framed for a terrorist plot, and our hero must go on the run to prove his innocence and stop the dastardly financial guru.
