It's just a few weeks until the third (final?) Spider-Man movie gets released, but for those who climbing the walls in desperation to see what Spidey does next, there's a new trailer online here that should quench your cravings for a while.
A lot of it is footage that's been seen in previous trailers, but we get to spend some more time with Eddie Brock aka Venom aka Topher Grace. And what a marvellous man he is to spend time with.Oh sure, he's a bit dribbly, a tad murdery and a lot gooey, but who isn't? Raimi may have been initially hesitant about introducing the fan fave he never personally liked, but in the hands of Grace – who we insist you go and watch in In Good Company and then sign our petition to make him the next Tom Hanks – he looks like being the movie's clear break out, in both human and nasty form. Speaking of which, whatever happened to Sandman? He started as the movie's big bad and now seems to have all but disappeared. Maybe those singular grains of sand just take longer to CGirize. What, it's a word.
