Original Title:

Meet Me In St. Louis

While the quizzical Dorothy in The Wizard Of Oz is surely Judy Garland's most famous role, she gave her best performance for future husband director Vincente Minnelli in this dated family heart-warmer set in the 1900s.

But it's the songs - such as Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas and The Trolley Song - which remain in the memory long after the rest of the film has faded.

Judy Garland's most famous role and her best performance make for entertaining viewing.
