How To Train Your Dragon: Watch Kit Harington (And Toothless’) Lost GOT Audition Tape

How To Train Your Dragon Kit Harington audition sketch

If you're a fan of the How To Train Your Dragon series, then chances are a lot of it has something to do with Toothless the Night Fury dragon. So teaming him up with Kit Harington (who returns as Eret for The Hidden World after playing him in the second film) for a spoof of Harington's audience for a little show called Game Of Thrones makes for a funny little sketch.

Sure, it's really just marketing for The Hidden World, but Harington is so game and ready for anything in this comedy bit, and at ease acting alongside effectively nothing (he's used to that with Thrones' dragons and other creatures) that it makes for something a little more fun than your average "star larks around" video. There's even a gag about Harington's traditionally sullen role on the show.

The third (and, if the team are to be believed, final) part of the How To Train Your Dragon series finds Hiccup (Jay Baruchel) as chief of the village on the island of Berk, now a peaceful utopia where vikings and dragons live side by side. But when his faithful dragon pal's attention is drawn away by the enchanting new friend (a Light Fury, meaning he's not the last of his breed) and a luminescent, hitherto undiscovered land of the creatures, both of them will be tested.

How To Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World flaps in on 1 February. You can watch the most recent trailer right here.
