Besides co-writer/director Shane Black's social media feed of images from shooting, we haven't seen much of The Predator just yet. Now, thanks to the franchise's app, we have the first motion poster for the movie, which shows the iconic creature formed in a storm.
The Predator, which Black wrote with Fred Dekker, is serving to keep the story going from the first two films in the series. This time around, our lead is Boyd Holbrook's former marine McKenna, who stumbles across Predators on Earth. Unfortunately for him, the US government is none to pleased for anything about the Predators' presence to leak, and the aliens themselves are also on the hunt.
Cue McKenna needing to team up with a rag-tag squad (including Thomas Jane, Keegan-Michael Key, Trevante Rhodes and Alfie Allen) to fight back...
The Predator will stalk into UK cinemas on 3 August next year, which seems far too long to wait.
