We're not going to show you the pictures just posted by our old mates at JoBlo.com, but you should be aware that they have got some new X-Files 2 set images that suggest... a certain direction for the film.
As you may remember from other recent stories, Chris Carter has made clear that Mulder and Scully will not be concentrating on an aliens-are-taking-over mythology story this time but a proper old-fashioned mystery. Which these on-set photos of director Carter and...one of his cast might spoil. So go look if you want to, at the above link (but don't say we didn't tell you so) or ignore it and remain surprised when the film comes out.
It's possible this is a joke, or a small part of the film, or, for all we know, a dream sequence character. Still, it's there. Please be careful with spoiler warnings if you want to write about it below.
