It's highly unusual for a series – especially one spun-off from a big hit – to go this far into the marketing stage without confirming an actual title. But that's the situation we face with the latest Walking Dead show, offering up a full trailer but no confirmed name.

The second show to follow in the footsteps of the zombie behemoth, it was created by Walking Dead universe creative content boss Scott M. Gimple and Dead veteran Matt Negrete (who will run the series). It's set among the first generation to come of age in the undead-filled post-apocalyptic world we've come to know.

According to the official synopsis: "Some will become heroes. Some will become villains. In the end, all of them will be changed forever. Grown-up and cemented in their identities, both good and bad." The series features Aliyah Royale as Iris, Alexa Mansour as Hope, Annet Mahendru as Huck, Nicolas Cantu as Elton, Hal Cumpston as Silas, and Nico Tortorella as Felix. New images from the series debuted right here.

Whatever it ends up being called, the series is due to launch its first season next year.
