UK film fans are once again being given short shrift when it comes to the televising of the BAFTAs. Although the British Academy Awards are widely regarded as the UK's most prestigious movie event, for the second year running they will only be shown on TV once the live ceremony is over. This will, of course, allow film fans to find out who the winners are before the television show commences. The event, which kicks off at the Odeon Leicester Square on Sunday evening at 6.30pm, will only be broadcast in edited form on the BBC at 9.00pm
