Titanic Child Porn?

Famed OJ Simpson attorney Alan Deshowitz has taken on anti-child-porn zealots who have succesfully banned films containing simulated sex with minors like Lolita. He pointed out in an interview in Penthouse magazine that the producers of Titanic would be subject to prosecution because the lead characters are 17 years old. The same logic could be extended to Romeo and Juliet, whose lead characters are younger.
