Poor Superman is having a tough time of late. His glorious rebirth, Superman Returns, received a mixed reception by critics and audiences; a sequel to that film is looking less and less likely by the day; and the Justice League movie is said to be in dire straits. Now, it seems, the entire screen career of the other Captain Tightpants may be in jeopardy.
