Barbara Streisand could have perhaps asked for a slightly less public affair over her wedding to actor James Brolin on July 1. As well as the attending army of guests, there were also 15 camera-stacked helicopters peering in on the event. And that's where the trouble began. Helicopter pilot Robert Butler, who was carrying a snap-happy photographer over the event, suddenly swooped down below the 500-foot legal limit - the only helicopter to do so - and disturbed the peace with his chopper's blades. The 37-year-old pilot for Torrence-based firm, Bravo Helicopter and Wing was charged by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department and could face the prospect of 270 days in jail as well as a hefty kick in the wallet to the tune of $1400, if convicted of reckless flying and disturbing the peace at his court appearance on March 24.
