Steven Spielberg, who was voted the most powerful director in the world above Cameron, has just announced another future movie project. Currently filming an adaptation of the best-selling novel Memoirs of a Geisha in Japan and Los Angeles, Spielberg has confirmed that his follow-on movie will be a warts-and-all biopic about legendary American citizen Charles Lindbergh. "You have to be unflinching," harped Spielberg regarding Lindbergh's renowned anti-Semitic tendencies. American critics have jumped to the conclusion that the Lindbergh movie will close a trilogy of 20th Century fables that started with Schindler's List and Saving Private Ryan, but Spielberg was more hesitant about the description. "It's a chapter in American history," the bearded maestro answered opaquely. No word as yet on the proposed fourth instalment of Indiana Jones, although Spielberg chum George Lucas has already confirmed the script is ready to rock.
