As well as the Gladiator project, Dreamworks have announced that they will be making their first ever Western. Not much is known about the project as yet - it doesn't even have a title - but Steven Speilberg will be directing it. Written by former political speech writers, Monte Williams and Fred Ellis, the script is said to be much more "character driven" than the average Western.
