Prisoner locked in talks

Film versions of television series. Getting a bit tired of them, are we? Well if you're not yet, we reckon you might be by the end of the year. One we had been looking forward to was The Prisoner. Bit cultish, bit surreal, hidden meanings all over the place. So what has Hollywood got planned? They're only looking to simplify the plot and make it a tad more manageable for the smaller-sized mind. Not a big surprise, admittedly, but a shame nonetheless...
