Fans of the sock-based superstars will be pleased to hear that the sixth Muppet Movie has been announced. The first Muppets movie to be made outside the family of Muppets creator Jim Henson, it will be called Muppets From Space, and is planned to be completed in time for a release next summer. Director Randal Kleiser has signed a seven-figure deal to start shooting in September.
