DreamWorks have grabbed the rights to the Oscar-nominated documentary Kevin Carter: Casualty Of The Bang Bang Club.
Producers Walter Parkes and Laurie McDonald plan to use the film and the reams of research carried out by its director, Don Krauss, for a movie about the Pulitzer Prize-winning photographer, who risked life and limb to chronicle famine and violence in apartheid-wracked South Africa. There's no director or cast members attached yet.
