An anti-diarrhea medicine has been shipped to all twenty best actor/actress and supporting actor/actress nominees - along with a letter hoping they'll give a "solid performance" at the ceremony. This palaver follows Christine Lahti's performance at the Golden Globes, when the Chicago Hope actress was in the toilet at the wrong time. Let's hope our girls have taken the medicine...
