Noah Wyle, that friendly chappie from ER, is set to take an interesting role in The Populist. Wyle will play Ernst Hanfstaegl, who introduced Hitler to German upper social circles, enabling him to finance the Third Reich. Ted "Rambo" Kotcheff will direct a script from Oscar-winning John Briley.
