Comic-Con's Hall H will be the epicentre of fanboy frenzy this weekend as Marvel's Kevin Feige officially introduces his **Thor **cast and crew to the world. To wet our whistle in the meantime, the studio handed USA Today a fresh picture of Chris Hemsworth’s Mjolnir-wielding Norse god in a distinctly Earth-bound capacity.
Never mind thunder, light drizzle looks more like the order of the day for the down-and-dirty Thor as he carefully extracts his trusty weather-bringing hammer from what seems to be a giant Midgard molehill. The pic comes hot on the heels of glorious new concept art showing Thor and Loki locked in a sibling deathmatch, and a look at Tom Hiddlestone's Loki and Anthony Hopkin's Odin.

Kenneth Branagh, meanwhile, has been reflecting on his first crack at a superhero spectacular, telling USA Today that Marvel's first question to him was whether he'd been to Comic-Con before. "They said to brace myself," he tells the newspaper, "that I'd never seen anything like it." If you wonder where all the screaming's coming from, Ken, that'll be us.
**Thor **lands in cinemas in May 2011. Check back here for more from the Con.
