After suffering a series of box office flops, Postman star, Kevin Costner is apparently planning to return to winning ways by again teaming up with Field of Dreams director, Phil Alden Robinson, for Universal's 13 Days. According to Variety, the story is loosely based on the life of Kenneth O'Donnell, President Kennedy's chief of staff and focuses on the administration's showdown with the Soviets in 1962 during the Cuban Missile Crisis. No word on who Costner will play, but it apparently won't be Kennedy. Shooting is scheduled to begin in March, after Costner completes work on the baseball drama For the Love of the Game.
