Big screen names like Buzz Lightyear and Heimlich the caterpillar need no longer walk away from Oscar night empty-handed. The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has announced that animated features will finally receive the recognition they deserve with a dedicated Oscar category all to themselves. The first new category to be introduced for nearly 20 years, the Best Animated Feature award will enable masterpieces like Toy Story 2 and Nick Park
