The current trend in movies seems to reflect that we like to be scared. And Dimension Films, a Miramax subsidary, is keen to cash in on this horror vogue. Their latest fright-fest is Dracula 2000 which should hit the screens in October next year. Filming is scheduled for early 2000. Horror master Wes Craven seems to be involved at first glance. In fact, he will have very little to do with the film. Rather Patrick Lussier, his long-serving editor will direct under the 'Wes Craven Presents' banner, part of a deal struck by Miramax, Craven and producer Marianne Maddalena.
