It's easy to forget, in the face of Owen comedy onslaught, that Luke Wilson is just as hilarious as his nasally unorthodox brother, more adept with drama and also, according to several of our female staff, dreamy. So why isn't he a bigger star?...We don't have an answer here; we were hoping you'd know.
Maybe Henry Poole Is Here can change that. The new comedy drama (we will not use the word dramedy as it hurts our souls, like people saying ASAP as a word or using text speak in anything other than actual telephonic messaging) centres on a man who discovers he has just two weeks to live. But where most people would want to visit as many countries as they could, maybe see how they look with an eccentric moustache and make every effort to bed Rosario Dawson, Henry decides he wants to stay at home and eat Twinkies and pizza and drink vodka. Which is a close approximation of what Empire staff do every day.
The film will be directed by Mark Pellington and starts filming this summer.
