A man accused of stalking Steven Spielberg carried a "rape kit". This one of the more eye-watering pieces of evidence levelled against Jonathan Norman. The Santa Monica resident was arrested near the director's home carrying handcuffs, pictures of Spielberg and a utility knife. Meanwhile, two British press photographers accused of stalking Arnold Schwarzenegger face two years in gaol for falsely imprisoning. The crime - likened to third-degree hostage-taking - allegedly occurred when photographers Andy O'Brien and Giles Harrison blocked a car containing Schwarzenegger and his wife Maria Shriver. Hollywood is leading these new tough attitudes against the press. In Congress, an anti-Paparazzi bill, originally proposed by Sonny Bono, is widely expected to be passed.
