Lindsay Lohan has been injured in a car accident only five months after suffering cuts and bruises in a similar crash. The Herbie star's Mercedes collided with a van near Beverly Hills, Hollywood and all passengers were taken to hospital with minor injuries. Eyewitness Victoria Recano, a reporter for US TV show Insider, told CBS: "I was just walking down the street when her Mercedes-Benz sped north... and I guess... hit a red van head-on".
