Following the American Psycho debacle, Leo fans will be interested to hear that he's now been attached to another project, a film adaptation of the recently published book Bombshell: The Secret Story of America's Unknown Atomic Spy Conspiracy. The book tells the story of Theodore Hall, a young physics genius who was recruited to develop the atom bomb while still a teenager. Hall passed top secret information to the Soviet Union, but went undiscovered until recently. Leo's connection with this movie seems fairly firm, given that his father will be one of the producers. Charles Leavitt, who wrote the upcoming Sharon Stone film The Mighty, will adapt the book. DiCaprio has also been linked with the Lasse Helstrom's project, The Cider House Rules, an adaptation of the John Irving Novel.
