In another lawsuit, defense attorney Kenneth Kahn has settled out of court in his case against Oliver Stone, whom he says used him as a consultant on The People Versus Larry Flint, but never gave him credit or an onscreen role as promised. Kahn was seeking damages in the suit, charging Stone with breach of contract, fraud, and deceit. Terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
