Russell Crowe has confirmed that fellow Aussie Nicole Kidman is dating country singer Keith Urban, but says the relationship doesn’t stand a chance unless the paps leave the pair alone. "I've spoken to Nicole a couple of times recently and it was clear she's enjoying great happiness right now," the Gladiator star said. "Hanging out with Keith is giving her a lot of joy and I'm happy for her." But the now married actor warned that unless they’re given space, the relationship could fizzle out, like his with Meg Ryan did a few years back: "A relationship under that microscope doesn't get the chance to evolve. It happened to me some years back. My summer was ruined as we were never left alone."
