King takes a cut

The X-Files film is going to be big. Who would you get to script it? Well, how about Stephen King? Sounds alright by us. But not for executive producer Chris Carter. He's completely rewritten it, telling King, "This isn't what we wanted". Don't panic about Stephen being narked though - he's penning another episode of the series this year. So what was the script problem? Carter apparently wanted it creepier. Creepier than King? Another one to watch...
