Kidman Stalker Loses Case

Nicole Kidman has won her case to have a stalker banned from approaching her. Matthew Hooker, 40, was ordered by the Santa Monica Court to stay at least 250 yards away from Kidman and her family at all times after the court agreed that he had harassed the actress. Hooker, who was taken to court after he turned up at Kidman's house offering to take her to the ballet, threatened to appeal the court's ruling, saying 'I'm a gentleman... This woman has severely wronged me.'
