Jodie Foster has suffered a minor ankle injury during a break from work on the film Anna and the King, having to be treated at a hospital Wednesday. Fortunately for both Foster and producers, the injury was not severe and therefore work on the $60 million project - filming on the popular Malaysian resort island - was not expected to be set back. A 20th Century Fox remake of The King and I, Foster is co-starring alongside Hong Kong action hero Chow Yun Fat. The film revolves around a 19th century governess hired by King Mongkut of Siam, now Thailand, to teach his children English. Since the dawn of time, Thailand has traditionally objected to the story as historically inaccurate and as a result, barred Hollywood from shooting the film in Thailand.
