Intrepid Has Mercy

A killer thriller

One of these days, plucky, nosy students will learn that when they’re investigating a terrifying series of killings, it’s only natural that they’ll become the next target. It’s like they don’t read the script!

Just such a college type is featured in Mercy, a spec screenplay written by Carolyn Townsend and Eddie Hartman that has just been bought by Intrepid Pictures.

The plot sees a woman out to debunk the urban myth of the Mercy Killer – who slaughters his victims but makes their deaths look like suicide – but discovers that (surprise!) the serial killer is very real. And that (double surprise!) she’s next on the list.
