The first-ever feature-length film made for the Internet, Monster Home, has made its debut on the net. The movie, put together with a budget of $100,000 by Canadian company Image Business, allows you to control the plot as the movie proceeds according to options you click on. Anyone who's played the more passive adventure games will find nothing especially new in the concept (but may be slightly less annoyed, given that they're not supposed to be playing a game). It's worth giving the thing a look, though. It's at www.monsterhome.com You'll need a version 3 or 4 browser, the Realmedia and Shockwave Flash plugins and Javascript and cookies enabled in your browser. And a patient outlook on life.
