Roz Kelly, most notably remembered for her role as Fonzie's biker chick, Pinky Tuscadero in Happy Days, has been ordered to undergo a psychiatric evaluation to see if she's fit to stand trial on firearms charges. 56-year-old Kelly, who starred in the 1981 horror flick, New Year's Evil among others, pleaded innocent to three felony firearms charges for allegedly shooting a spray of bullets into her neighbour's car and apartment - for the simple reason that she couldn't stand the blaring car alarm any longer. Jailed for the last three months with a hefty $305,000 bail charge, Kelly is choosing to represent herself. The competence hearing has been set for the end of February. If she is found fit to stand trial and convicted, Ms. Kelly could face up to six years in prison.
