Recent months have seen a great many Online publications fall by the wayside, and what better way to commemorate bankruptcy and mass redundancies than to make a movie about it. Working Title Films is planning to re-visit the culling of the digital community with a film about the demise of Boo.com, one of Europe's most infamous dot com calamities. According to Variety, the book Boo Hoo: A Dot Com Story From Concept To Catastrophe has begun its journey to the screen. The story will chart the rise and fall of the online clothing company, which went from a pre-launch value of $390 million to an untimely digital demise. "Boo.com is one of the definitive European stories to emerge from the dot-com bubble," said a spokeswoman from Working Title. "The story combines all the human drama that goes with the highs and lows of setting up an unprecedented business on a global scale." Absolutely, we're sure it'll make Lord of The Rings look like an episode of Trumpton.
