Once again, Hollywood is prepping up a script so the film-going nation knows exactly who to call when the ghosts hit town, and once again it's going to be the Ghostbusters. With the script in development, Harold Ramis, who starred and co-wrote the 1984 original movie, has said the film will involve the original cast (Ramis, Aykroyd and Bill Murray) coming out of retirement to tutor a new set of rookie Ghostbusters. Their mission? To banish the world of a mass poltergeist plague upon Hell's declaration that, much to the disdain of evil ghosts the world over, it simply has 'no vacancies' in the 21st century. Ramis also stated that some of Hollywood's hottest young stars are to be approached for the film, which has Columbia Pictures once again producing. The inclusion of Bill Murray - hot property again after his performance in Rushmore - will also undoubtedly aid a speedy path through the reels of red tape which so often impedes other projects.
