Uberto Pasolini, the unusually left-wing producer of The Full Monty, has announced that every member of the crew who worked on the movie for four weeks or more will be given an equal share of the film's profits as stars Robert Carlyle and Tom Wilkinson. According to Pasolini, "Kitchen staff who wash the dishes in a posh restaurant are just as important as a celebrity chef."
