Full Monty Sweeps BAFTA Award Nominations

The Full Monty, the highest grossing British film has cleaned up with 11 nominations from the British Academy of Film and Television Arts. The nominations include best film, best original screenplay and best actor. Mrs Brown starring Dame Judi Dench picked up 8 nominations but Bean was ignored by the judges despite it being the second most successful British film made. The winners will be announced April 19th.
