Film Deal Leads To Suffering

It can hardly come as news to anyone that video games are a big business these days, nor that Hollywood is increasingly turning to them as a source of inspiration. But as we still await the first bona-fide success in game adaptations, Hollywood are still buying up games like there's no tomorrow. The latest purchase is The Suffering, a prison set action-horror from Midway Games, bought by MTV Films. The story of the game follows our hero, Torque (nothing to do with the biking film of the same name), who is sent to Death Row for murdering his wife and children
