42.years after it all began, the story ends. Since 1977, Star Wars’ central Skywalker Saga has delivered an epic tale of good and evil, light side and dark side, rebels and overlords caught in an intergalactic conflict. And now, with Episode IX: The Rise Of Skywalker, the multi-generational family story comes to a close.

To celebrate, Empire presents its biggest ever Star Wars issue, with three exclusive covers to collect, on sale from Thursday 28 November. First up, we have our new generation of heroes – returning favourites Rey, Finn, Rose, Chewie, and BB-8, joined by Naomi Ackie’s incoming Jannah.
