It may be over thirty years since Peter Fonda and Dennis Hopper headed out on the highway, but that doesn't mean Easy Rider's mix of sex, drugs and motorbikes isn't still valid movie currency. Variety reports that a budget of $30 million has been set for a sequel, to be directed by Tony Vitale, who previously made Kiss Me Guido. While the sequel is set to be filmed in many of the same locations as the 1969 original, Fonda, Hopper or Jack Nicholson have yet to say whether they're still born to be wild.
