The Empire Presents... BIG SCREEN news comes thick and fast. The next Hollywood popper to join the fiesta is sharp-edged romantic comedy Crazy, Stupid, Love. It'll make its public bow at The 02 on August 13, more than a month before its official UK release.
**Crazy, Stupid, Love **is the bittersweet tale of newly jilted husband Cal Weaver (Steve Carell), an ordinary, white-collar guy who turns to Ryan Gosling's smooth operator for guidance in the ways of seduction. Gosling's lothario may come across like the kind of guy Sade used to sing snarky songs about but he's got issues of his own. Cue Emma Stone, Marisa Tomei and a whole lot of offbeat laughs.
