Carlyle gets the Bird again

Ravenous has stalled badly since Milcho Manchevski was let go. Things should be picking up now that Fox has sealed a deal with Antonia Bird to direct the picture. Sources at Fox still say the film is up in the air still. Originally Fox had fancied Home Alone 3 director Raja Gosnell, but Robert Carlyle is believed to have intervened. He worked with Antonia on Face and Priest.
