Elusive Ingmar Bergman, Sweden's master of misery, has announced that he will produce a film to be directed by his former lover, actress Liv Ulman. 80 year old Bergman, who has been retired since 1982's Oscar winning Fanny and Alexander, held a news conference at which he said, "It's a passionate drama - almost a thriller - and is about an incident which I experienced myself. This story is about a woman who tells a very dramatic tale about her life". The film will be called Trolosa ("Faithless"), and is a modern day emotional thriller. Bergman wrote the script specifically for Swedish actress Lena Endre.
