Rumours are that Twentieth Century Fox and James Cameron are bailing out of the Terminator franchise. Apparently the budget is heading far into the stratosphere - remember these are the people responsible for Titanic (once bitten... ). The chairman of Fox Filmed Entertainment Bill Mechanic has said, "It's Jim's franchise and we would not make it without him", but Cameron has hinted that he'd be happy for Arnie to go ahead with another director.
