Audition for Forman? Me?

It's hardly the usual custom for top stars to audition for films. In fact most won't get out of bed unless they've received a firm offer. Not so with Milos Forman's Man On The Moon. So keen are Jim Carrey, Nicolas Cage, John Cusack, and Edward Norton to play Andy Kaufman, they are prepared to send tapes of their efforts at impersonation.
