But today we're going to top that with news that ten wolves have been shipped out from Los Angeles to become stars in the CS Lewis adaptation. According to The New Zealand Herald, seven males and three females have been given roles after an open casting call that saw unknown wolves from all over the globe audition for the coveted parts. Five of the hopefuls will take non-speaking roles but, after a gruelling round of screen tests, two siblings called Ricky and Bob were cast as Maugrim and Vardan, the lupine stars of the film, dashing the hopes of thousands but assuring fame and fortune for the lucky pair.
